My husband and I cannot thank you enough for taking action to get the rotting telephone pole down. They were all outside of our house at 8:30am this morning and the eyesore is now gone. I wish we had more people in our government who would take charge! Maybe we wouldn't be living in this uncertain chaos we have now. You'll always have our votes of our family and neighbors around us, many watched this morning when the pole came down and one neighbor remarked "sure is about time." Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I would like to take the time out and thank you for your commitment to not only your office, but to the people (like myself). You did not have to follow up in the manner that you did, but your actions demonstrated the passion and dedication of your heart.
There are not too many leaders that "walk out what they talk," I give you a standing ovation for the excellence and truly caring about the people you serve.

I'd like to give a shout out to my Representative Kim Williams who helped me get my sewer repair done in a timely way. My laundry room erupted with sewage twice in as many months. After a 2nd company assessed the problem, I was told it would cost $17,000 to repair. Fortunately, I then found out that I already had Artesian insurance so I was on the wat to getting the work done. This is where Kim Williams comes in. I could not get on the schedule. A month went by and during that time it was possible that I would have a 3rd overflow, so I stopped using as much water as possible. I finally shared this information with Kim Williams. In 12 hours, I was not only scheduled to get the work done in 2 days, but for the first time New Castle County was informed that there was also a break in the main. Thank you Kim.

I contacted Representative Kim Williams with concerns about our states child abuse laws. Kim helped setup a conference call with the Department of Justice, on which, I was able to gain clarification and she truly represented my concerns.

"Kim is a unique representative: she not only earns the support of her constituents by listening to our concerns and then taking action to help, but she also SUPPORTS her constituents. When Kim learned I had written a children's book about nature, she reached out to me and put together several events at schools where we read the book to the children, gave them a lesson on beneficial insects, and in some cases she gave out copies of the book to ALL the children in the class. Her effort to take time from her schedule to give me the opportunity to introduce kids to my little character, while teaching children something about nature, just showed me that she is in touch with the people she represents."

I am reaching out to all of you about this because I think it is very important to have state officials that respond to our needs as quickly as Kim Williams did. I have a lot of experience working with state officials through my work, and I can say without a doubt Kim Williams is the first one to actually pick up the phone when I called. I didn’t have to make an appointment, wait several days, or even weeks for a response. Kim answered our calls right then and there!"

"I have known Kim for 5 years now. I first met her as a concerned Conrad PTO parent and friend-of-a-friend. I knew she was very effective as a PTA leader in her children's elementary school, Forest Oak. I was so glad when she volunteered to continue her impact with children's education at the middle school level. Next, her passion for working for students lead her to a seat on the Red Clay School Board. Now we are working on resolving a high school issue. I have seen her commitment to finding the best opportunities/solutions for kids of all ages in action. She is a great compassionate listener, who is eager to understand the concerns of others. Then, she presents possible solutions, upon which she actively advocates and networks with key decision makers to make change happen for the best interest of children. She is truly a women of integrity, action, and advocacy for students."

"I have had the opportunity to work alongside Kim Williams for the past three years. I have learned this about her. She is passionate about her community. She has worked tirelessly for all the students of Red Clay. She persistently seeks information, and asks questions so that first she can learn. Then she makes informed decisions. I believe she will use this dedication, positive energy, and determination to serve the community of the 19th district well."

"I worked with Kim at Forest Oak Elementary School for many years and I have also taught her two children (Casey and C.J.). Kim and I became friends at Forest Oak when we worked together on the PTA. We worked on many school wide events and activities throughout the years. She improved our teacher membership, as well as our family membership and attendance at our events skyrocketed while she was our PTA President. Proudly, our PTA earned many awards during her PTA term! Kim did an amazing job! She also became a part of the Red Clay School Board and the Red Clay Teacher's Association (especially all her teacher friends at Forest Oak) supported her all the way! Kim Williams is highly respected by the teachers and parents in the Red Clay School District because of what she has successfully contributed to the community over the years. She is a true leader and she has proved this over and over again in many situations. Kim just does not get the job done, she gets the job done correctly, successfully and her high standards and values set her apart from others. With your vote, you too will feel the way that I do about Kim Williams, she has never let me down, and she will not let you down!"

“Kim Williams was one of a few voices who dared to speak up publicly when Red Clay was going through its financial crisis. She and several other parent activists got together and began holding the District's feet to the fire. The awesome thing is-- she and they got results! Now a member of the Red Clay School Board, Kim continues to ask tough questions and get the results the residents of Red Clay need and deserve. I expect she will bring that same attitude to Dover with her."

She has always been very involved in the schools and Kim has always made a difference in whatever she does. She wants the best for our kids and does not back down until she gets it. She has been an inspiration not only to me, but to everyone she meets. Kim cares about what happens to our children, our schools and our communities!"

"I worked with Kim Williams for many years when she was the President of Forest Oak Elementary School's PTA. Kim has many great leadership qualities but one that always impressed me the most is that she is a "get it done" person. Kim never fails to follow through on her commitments and always gives a 110%. She will listen and will take her responsibilities very seriously. I know she will be a great advocate for her constituents."

"Kim as a person is honest and true to herself and others. She is willing to go against the flow for the discovery of the truth and what is the right of a situation. Rare in the world we live in right now. Wish she were running in our district to know that who we elect will be a person that can be relied on to make the hard decisions with class and integrity."

"I had the honor of serving with Ms. Williams on the Red Clay Consolidated School Board. As the elected vice-president of the Board, Kim continues to lead with integrity and has proven herself to be a dedicated supporter of the students, parents and staff that she serves. A significant strength I have observed is her ability to listen to others’ ideas, accept new ways of doing things and modifying policies/procedures accordingly to best serve the community she represents. I know Kim to be an intelligent and fair leader who will best represent the citizens of the 19th district and beyond."

"I first spoke with Kim Williams after having a problem with communicating with the Red Clay School District. At that time, I had abandoned all hope of finding a resolution to my issue. On the advice of a trusted teacher, I called Kim, a school board member, to convey my story. She patiently listened and offered to look into the matter. Kim touched base with me daily and within a week we had a resolution. I am so grateful to have had Kim Williams, who could advocate for my family. I have no doubt that she would serve the 19th District with the same care, hard work, and respect that I have come to know her for."

"I cannot say enough about the character of Kim Williams. As the past teacher of her two children, Casey and C.J., I found Kim to be a positive influence as a parent, raising wonderful, caring children who are excellent students. Kim is a hard worker and led the Forest Oak Elementary School P.T.A. as president for 4 years. During her P.T.A. presidency, Kim was innovative and energetic with her school activities, giving of her time relentlessly to the students and staff of Forest Oak. When Kim does something, she never does it half way...it is all or nothing, putting her whole heart into whatever she feels strongly about. Kim gets things done. She is generous to a fault, kind and caring, and I cannot say enough about this special person. I have always admired her, especially when she ran for the Red Clay Consolidated School District School Board opening and won. Kim is not afraid to speak up and give her point of view and fights for issues that concern the students and parents of Red Clay. Kim Williams is as genuine as they get and will be a definite asset to the Delaware House of Representatives and the constituents of the 19th District."

"I took the Delaware Real Estate class with Kim Williams last year, and am currently a co- Realtor with her at Keller Williams Realty in Christiana, DE. Kim is one of the most likable people and hardest workers that I have known. She is also a trusted friend and confidant.
